The magic of waterpark, reimagined digitally.

Waterbom Bali has pioneered incredible features that redefine waterpark experiences. But as their popularity surged, their offline reservation system became outdated. They attempted to transition online, however, the template-based design hindered user adoption.

The redesigned Waterbom-Bali.com represents a complete overhaul of their online presence. It aims to reorganize and present all their services in a clear, user-friendly, and visually engaging format, creating a seamless and enjoyable end-to-end experience.

Effortless purchasing, informed decisions.

I conducted a comprehensive benchmark of top tourism and commerce websites earlier this year. Leveraging these insights, I redesigned the checkout page with a strong focus on mobile user experience. By streamlining the process and reducing distractions, we were able to achieve a significant 298% boost in conversions.

A focused clarity, a peaceful ease.

Our users' feedback was invaluable in shaping the redesign of our mobile 'rides' page. The original page, though informative, didn't directly address the most critical user need: understanding ride details and rules. By prioritizing ride information and streamlining the page layout, we've created a more intuitive and user-friendly experience. This redesign empowers users to make informed decisions quickly and easily, ultimately enhancing their overall satisfaction.

Data-driven insights guided our redesign. The original page, while informative, wasn't converting as effectively as we'd hoped. By analyzing user behavior and A/B testing different CTA placements, we've optimized the page to drive higher conversion rates.
